Job description
Your daily tasks will consist of daily credit control activities. You will be responsible for overdue accounts and have a good nose to see issues coming and minimize DSO. You act in a proactive way to resolve issues and your good negotiation skills help you to resolve them in a professional manner.

Credit Control must have no secrets for you and you should be able to start straight away in this job without needing too much guidance or training! A true experienced self starter is highly appreciated!

Job tasks
- Reducing DSO;
- Calling customers to collect overdue invoices;
- Improving the working capital position;
- Solving issues and disputes relating to open invoices;
- Working closely with sales and account managers to resolve customer issues. You must have a good feeling for the sales process and be able to work with sales people in order to achieve your goals;
- Help to improve internal working procedures;

What do we ask?
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Able to work in cross functional teams, including projects;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, another European language is a plus;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar function;
- A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change;
- A real collections tiger;
- A dynamic and fresh personality who enjoys thinking out of the box.
